We understand that getting your wicker products fast to you is important, thats why we give few shipping options to choose.
USPS POSTAL SERVICE – NO TRACKING

USPS Postal Service – No Tracking is usually the most economical shipping method and typically carried by a national postal service. It charges by the actual package weight.

Additionally, it comes with no minimal charge per package; therefore, it is very suitable for small packages. The actual shipping time varies from country to country, but it may take somewhere from 3 – 5 business days

The major drawback of Global Postal Service – No Tracking is that it does not provide tracking. Hence, we don’t recommend the usage of Global Postal Service – No Tracking for any order over USD $30.

USPSPostal Service – Tracking is also carried out by a national postal service, but includes tracking capability. The couriers charge a fixed tracking fee per package, typically USD $3

Additionally, it varies from country to country and can take 2 – 4 Business days. We recommend the use of Global Postal Service – Tracking to improve your experience.
DUTY & TAX INSURANCE

Each country has different rules concerning import duties and taxes. Often, there may not be a charge, but there is also the chance that upon arrival the customer will be charged duties/taxes; in which case the customer is responsible for the extra charges. To completely remove the stress and uncertainty from a shopping experience, we recommend the purchase of Duty & Tax Insurance from us. As long as Duty & Tax Insurance is bought, we will fully reimburse customers any additional tax or duty fees that may have been incurred.

Return Requirements
In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in non-damaged by customer fault condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of theDelivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged.

Exchanges/Refunds

The returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of refunds for damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 days following receipt of the returned item(s) for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.
